As an admin for your organization, you may need help with contracts, renewals, or billing. This guide helps you quickly figure out who to contact so you can get answers without being redirected.
Different teams handle different types of questions, but you do not need to memorize everything.
Not sure where to start? Contact your Account Executive (account manager or sales rep) first—they can help or point you to the right team.
Your Account Executive is your main contact for most account and contract needs. A Renewals Manager helps when your contract is close to ending. The Billing team handles anything related to invoices or payments.

Which Team Should I Contact?
Account Executive (Account Manager)
Contact your Account Executive for most account and contract questions.
Contact them if you need to:

Good to know:
“Account Executive,” and “account manager” both refer to the same role.
Renewals Manager
Your Renewals Manager is your contact if you are within 60-90 days of your renewal window.
This is the right choice if:

Your contract is ending soon and you want to avoid losing access

You want to start the renewal process
Note: If your contract is not within 60–90 days of ending, contact your Account Executive instead.
Billing Team
Contact Billing for any invoice or payment-related questions.
Reach out when you need to:

Confirm a payment was received

Review a possible billing error
Important: Only the Billing team can access billing details. Other teams cannot view this information.
