Overview
This article will guide you through the process of creating a scheduled Count or Crosstab report that will automatically run on your desired schedule.
Step 1: Navigate to Scheduled Counts and Crosstabs

Go to Report Manager

Click on 'Counts and Crosstabs' in the left-hand menu

Select 'Scheduled Counts and Crosstabs' under 'Report Outputs'
Step 2: Create a new scheduled report

Click the 'Add New Output Schedule' button

You will see a form to configure your scheduled report
Step 3: Configure output and schedule options

Fill out all required fields in the form:

Select the Counts and Crosstabs format to use

Choose your preferred file type for the output

Set the frequency (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.)

Add email recipients who should receive the report
