Overview
This guide will walk you through the process of running a Counts and Crosstabs report using a pre-existing format, allowing you to generate statistical analysis on your contact lists.
Step 1: Access Counts and Crosstabs

Navigate to Report Manager

From the left-hand menu, select "Counts and Crosstabs"

Click "Run Counts and Crosstabs with Format"
Step 2: Set Up Your Report

Select the format you want to use from the available options

Choose the list you want to analyze

Enter a name for your report

Click "Next"
Step 3: Wait for Report Generation

The system will display a page showing previous counts and crosstabs

For large lists, the report may take several minutes to generate

When complete, the status will change to "Done"

Click on the report title to view the completed crosstab
