How do I Run Quick Counts and Crosstabs?

Overview 

Quick Counts and Crosstabs allows you to quickly analyze data without saving a format, ideal for one-time or exploratory analysis. 

Step 1: Access Quick Counts and Crosstabs 

1. Choose one of these methods: 

1. From the My List page, click the Counts icon to analyze your current list 

2. From the Main Menu or Sidebar, go to Report Manager, then select "Counts and Crosstabs" from the left-hand menu, and click "Run Quick Counts and Crosstabs" 

Step 2: Select your Universe 

1. If you accessed from My List, the tool will automatically analyze your current list 

2. If you accessed from Report Manager, the tool defaults to "All People" (entire database) 

3. Use the dropdown menu next to "Refresh Results" to change the universe you're analyzing 

Step 3: Choose Count Type 

1. Use the dropdown on the left to select what to count: 

1. People (contact records) 

2. Doors 

3. Mailboxes 

4. Phones 

Step 4: Generate Results 

1. Click the "Refresh Results" button after making your selections 

2. View your results displayed in the table below the selection area
