How do I send a test report?

Overview 

Testing your scheduled report before it runs on its regular schedule ensures it will produce the expected results. 

Step 1: Navigate to your scheduled report 

1. Go to Report Manager 

2. Click 'Counts and Crosstabs' in the left-hand menu 

3. Select 'Scheduled Counts and Crosstabs' under 'Report Outputs' 

4. Find the scheduled report you want to test 

Step 2: Send a test report 

1. Select the scheduled report 

2. Look for the 'Send Test' option 

3. Click 'Send Test' 

4. The system will generate and send a test report to the configured recipients
