Overview

You may need to temporarily pause a scheduled report without deleting it entirely.

Step 1: Navigate to your scheduled report

  1. Go to Report Manager

  1. Click 'Counts and Crosstabs' in the left-hand menu

  1. Select 'Scheduled Counts and Crosstabs' under 'Report Outputs'

  1. Find the report you want to suspend

Step 2: Suspend the schedule

  1. Select the scheduled report

  1. Look for the 'Suspend' option

  1. Click 'Suspend'

  1. The report will no longer run automatically until you reactivate it

Hi! Is there any way I can edit or suspend scheduled report export emails (which I’ve come to know is different from Scheduled Counts and Crosstabs)? I had a few scheduled exports run as tests and I want to take them all out before I send the official exports. For context I’m sending weekly signup reports in csv format. Thanks in advance!

Hi @zbc ! You should be able to make these changes by going to the Report Manager - then select Scheduled Templates. From there, you can locate your test report and edit the schedule, adjust the timing, or delete/remove the schedule. Just note that only the creator of the report can make changes to a scheduled report.
