In Apricot, it's possible for multiple users to be editing the same record simultaneously. This can happen when users are working on the same client, service, or other entity at the same time.

If another user is editing a record that you currently have open, Apricot will detect this and display a pop-up notification. This pop-up will give you three options: Ignore Changes, View Changes, or Reload Page.

Ignore Changes

If you are confident that your edits are accurate and up-to-date, this option will overwrite the other user's edits with your own when you click "Save Record" in the Record Options palette.

View Changes

This will allow you to compare the other user's data entry to yours side-by-side.

Reload Page

This will refresh the record, and the fields will then contain the edits that were made when the other user clicked "Save Record".
