Data Integrity FAQs
When will I see results?
The first scan for a newly enrolled form runs overnight. Results are available the following morning. After that, new results accumulate automatically each night.
What makes a form eligible for enrollment?
A form must have at least one field with Duplicate Check enabled in Form Designer and have 50,000 or fewer active records.
Can I enroll large forms?
Yes, up to the 50,000-record threshold. Forms above that limit aren’t eligible during the current pilot.
What happens if I merge records outside of Data Integrity?
Merges performed with the Merge Duplicates tool or any other path outside of Data Integrity aren’t reflected in results until after the next nightly scan has run.
What happens to related records when I merge?
When two Tier 1 records are merged, all associated Tier 2 records automatically move to the surviving record. Program enrollments don’t follow at this time. We’re working on a fix for an upcoming release.
Does Data Integrity change my records automatically?
No. Que flags likely duplicates and you decide whether to merge them or mark them as not duplicates.
How long can I undo a merge?
Up to 30 days. Both records are restored, but any changes made to the kept record after the merge are lost.
How do I unenroll a form?
Return to the Duplicate Detection table in Data Integrity and toggle detection off for any form you no longer want scanned. It’s excluded from all future nightly runs.
Who can use Data Integrity?
Administrators, from the Apricot Administrator tab. Data Integrity is part of Que Intelligence.
Is duplicate detection the only capability in Data Integrity?
No. Duplicate detection is the first in a planned series of Data Integrity skills. We’re planning to add filler data detection, date and timeline inconsistency detection, and statistical outlier detection, with each shipping as an independent release roughly every 10 weeks after general availability. Our goal is to make Data Integrity a Que-powered workspace for proactive data quality management across Apricot. Timing and scope may change.
