How do I undo a merge in Data Integrity?

Overview

Merged the wrong pair? You can undo a merge for up to 30 days. Follow these steps.

Step 1: Open the Merged tab

Open the form’s results in Data Integrity and select the Merged tab.

Step 2: Choose Undo merge

Click the ⋮ menu next to the merged pair and select Undo merge. The menu shows how many days you have left.

Step 3: Confirm

Click Yes, undo merge to confirm.

Good to know

Both records are restored, and the pair returns to the For Review tab.

Any changes made to the kept record after the merge will be lost.
