How do I connect my Facebook ad account?

Introduction 

Connecting your Facebook ad account to your CRM allows you to create and manage targeted audiences based on your contact data. 

Step 1: Prepare your Facebook business account 

1. Ensure you have the Facebook Ad Manager enabled in your Facebook Business Account 

2. Verify that staff members who will manage ads have appropriate access to the account 

3. You will need Admin-level access to complete the connection process 

Step 2: Connect your account 

1. Open Ad Audiences from the Sidebar 

2. Select "Connect ad account" 

3. You will see the Facebook login screen 

4. Log in with your Facebook credentials 

5. Grant permission to link with your Bonterra Digital or NGP account 

Step 3: Select ad accounts 

1. If you have access to multiple ad accounts, select which ones to include 

2. You can select multiple accounts at once if needed 

3. Confirm your selection 

Step 4: Verify the connection 

1. Once connected, your account will appear under the "Connected accounts" tab 

2. Anyone in your organization with permission to access your Facebook ad account can now create audiences 

3. Note that accounts need to be reauthenticated every 60 days
