Getting Started

To access Facebook Ad Audiences, open Ad Audiences from the Sidebar. From here, you can connect your Facebook ad account, create new audiences based on your contact data, and manage existing audiences. You'll need Admin-level access in your Facebook ad account to establish the initial connection between your CRM and Facebook.

Feature details

Facebook Ad Audiences is a powerful tool that integrates your CRM contact data with Facebook's advertising platform, allowing you to create highly targeted advertising campaigns. This integration enables you to synchronize your contact lists with Facebook automatically, ensuring your ads reach the right people with the right message. The system supports three primary audience types: Targeting (showing ads directly to contacts in your database), Lookalike (finding Facebook users similar to your existing contacts), and Suppression (excluding specific contacts from seeing your ads). This integration updates daily, keeping your ad audiences current without manual intervention. By connecting your CRM data with Facebook Ad Manager, you can improve acquisition efforts, better engage existing supporters, and track campaign performance across platforms.

Tracking your Success

You can track the success of your Facebook ad campaigns by including source codes and market codes on any links from your ads to your Online Actions forms. This allows you to monitor performance using the Contribution Report or the Online Activity Report within your CRM. Additionally, the Ad Audiences list page shows which audiences are successfully syncing and which may have issues, helping you maintain effective campaigns. Read more about:
