How do I transmit an Eliminator File to my vendor?

Overview 

After creating and exporting your Eliminator File, you need to securely transmit it to your list vendor for use in suppression. 

Step 1: Access your exported file 

1. Navigate to Main Menu > My Export Files 

2. Locate your recently created Eliminator File in the list 

Step 2: Choose your transmission method 

1. Standard method: Download the file to your computer, then send it to your vendor 

2. Advanced method (for Digital and Development Pro clients): Upload directly via secure FTP 

Step 3: Download and send manually 

1. Click on the filename to download it to your computer 

2. Use your preferred secure method to transmit the file to your vendor: 

   1. Secure file sharing platform 

   2. Encrypted email 

   3. Vendor's preferred transfer method 

Step 4: Send via FTP (if available) 

1. Click the Action Dropdown menu (three dots) next to your file 

2. Select "Send via FTP" from the options 

3. You'll be directed to an FTP credentials entry page 

Step 5: Enter FTP credentials 

1. Enter the details provided by your vendor: 

   1. Hostname and port number 

   2. Username 

   3. Password 

2. Note that credentials are not stored in the system and must be entered each time 

Step 6: Complete the transfer 

1. Click "Send" to initiate the file transfer 

2. You'll see a confirmation screen showing whether the upload was successful 

3. Save the confirmation for your records
