How do I upload packages for direct mail?

Overview 

Uploading packages allows you to link your creative materials with the correct list segment in your acquisition plan. 

Step 1: Access package management 

1. Search for "Direct Response Plans" on the Sidebar 

2. Select "Manage" under "Packages and Telemarketing Scripts" 

Step 2: Upload your package 

1. Follow the on-screen instructions to add your package 

2. Enter all required details about the creative materials 

3. Upload any necessary files 

4. Save your changes 

Step 3: Associate packages with segments 

1. When creating your acquisition plan, you'll be able to select these packages from a dropdown menu 

2. Each segment can have one or more packages associated with it
