Overview
The Action Plans tab allows you to view and update all your major giving action plans in one place, helping you stay organized and on top of your major giving strategy.
Step 1: Access the Action Plans tab

Open the Major Giving Portfolio

Click on the "Action plans" tab at the top of the page
Step 2: Review your Performance Summary

At the top of the page, view the Performance Summary for plans assigned to the selected Portfolio Owner

Use the dropdown to change the Portfolio Owner if needed
Step 3: Filter and search for action plans

Click to open the filters

Select your desired filters (by default, Completed plans are not shown)

You can add "Completed" to your Status filters if you wish to include those plans

Adjust how many results you see at once using the settings at the bottom of the page
Step 4: Sort and update individual action plans

Sort results by clicking any column header (toggle through ascending, descending, or no sort)

To update a plan or contact a donor, click the Action dropdown menu to the right of the contact name

Select options like "Send email" (which will automatically BCC your Personal Email to Notes address if set up)
Step 5: Make bulk edits (if needed)

Use the checkboxes to select multiple action plans

Click "Edit Action Plan" to make changes to all selected plans

When edits are complete, you'll be alerted via the notification bell

Download a report for any action plans that may not have updated due to validation errors
