How do I add DonorTrends data to reports?

Overview

Adding DonorTrends Tier rankings to your reports helps you analyze the effectiveness of your targeting and identify trends among your most promising donors. 

 

Step 1: Open a compatible report 

  1. Navigate to the reports section of Bonterra CRM 

  1. Open one of the compatible report types: 

    1. All Contribution reports (Contribution Report, Premium Fulfillment Report, etc.) 

    2. Contribution Aggregate Report 

    3. All Moves Management and Planned Giving reports 

    4. Membership Report 

    5. Count of Contacts Report 

    6. Email Performance Report 

    7. Online Activity Report 

Step 2: Add DonorTrends columns 

  1. Click on "Edit Columns" in the report interface 

  1. Select "DonorTrends" from the column options 

  1. You'll see a list of available DonorTrends columns to add 

  1. Select the specific tier rankings you want to include in your report 

Step 3: Apply your changes 

  1. Save your column selections 

  1. Run the report to see the DonorTrends data alongside your other report metrics
