If you correspond with your organization's contacts outside of 'Donor Management', you can still track those conversations in one place!
Add a 'Bcc' recipient
Before sending an external e-mail to one of your contacts, be sure to include the following address as a 'Bcc' recipient:
subdomain@inbound.dm.networkforgood.com
If you are unsure of where to find your 'Subdomain', you navigate to 'Your Organization' under the 'Settings' tab on your 'Donor Management' Dashboard.

Note: If your organization’s login link is nfg123.dm.networkforgood.com, add the e-mail address nfg123@inbound.dm.networkforgood.com as the 'Bcc' recipient.
You can also visit any contact's profile, scroll down to the 'Communication' section, and click 'Send & Track Personal Email'.?

Your default e-mail client will open an e-mail with your unique 'Bcc' e-mail address. ?

Additional Notes
The e-mail address you use to send the e-mail must match the e-mail address of a Network for Good admin for the e-mails to be tracked. This process will not work if the e-mail you are sending the message from is not listed as an admin e-mail.
If you send a message to an e-mail not associated with a contact in 'Donor Management', that e-mail will be added as a new contact when you include the external tracking 'Bcc' e-mail listed.
If you forget to include a 'Bcc' address, don't worry! You can always forward the e-mail directly to your 'Bcc' address!
