Events Overview 

Events in EveryAction are powerful tools for organizing gatherings, fundraisers, virtual meetings, and other activities that bring your supporters together. The Events feature helps you manage attendee registration, track participation, and collect donations all in one place. 

Getting Started 

To access Events, navigate to the Events section in the main menu. From here, you can view all your events, create new ones, and manage existing events through the Events Dashboard. 

Feature Details 

Events in EveryAction come in multiple formats to accommodate different needs: in-person events, virtual events, or hybrid events that combine both approaches. Each event can be customized with registration forms, ticket levels, suggested donation amounts, and promotional information. 

The Events Dashboard serves as your command center, displaying upcoming and past events along with key metrics like registration numbers and fundraising totals. When creating an event, you can set up custom registration forms, send automated confirmation emails, track attendance, and process payments directly through the platform. 

Events integrate with other EveryAction features, allowing you to target invitations to specific supporter segments and track event participation in your contacts' engagement histories. 

Tracking Your Success 

Monitor event performance through the Metrics tab, which displays real-time data on registrations, attendance, and fundraising goals. The Events Dashboard also provides visual representations of your event metrics, helping you gauge success and identify areas for improvement. For deeper analysis, you can export event data or use EveryAction's reporting tools to create custom event performance reports.
