Can't Add a Grant

I have been trying to add several grants to different organization profiles and it never works. You can see the ädd button on the profile. See image below.

When I click on the add button, I get an error message and  Error Code [55C6CE-5E9613]  . See image below -

Please let me know how to fix this issue. I even sent an email to the help and it has been 5 days no response. This is really limiting my ability to track grants.
