Custom Questions Report not generating all fields

Hello, I am attempting to pull an Online Form Custom Questions Report, which I am familiar with from doing in the past. However, there seem to be some paragraph questions missing from the report, and they don’t show up as Columns that I can add to the output.

We have a couple of multiple choice questions prior to the paragraph questions, so my only thought is there might be a limit to the number of custom question data the report can spit out? This data is important to us, so I hope there is a way to pull the answers to those additional questions.
