Managing Named Spaces

We are trying to find a way to manage our named spaces.

For example, a donor agrees to fund a space which will be named for them for 10 years.

We would like to be able to run reports to know which naming opportunities are coming up for renewal. 

Also, we would like to see what spaces are available when someone shows interest.

Lastly, we would like to maintain a history of each space.

Currently, this is tracked in a spreadsheet, but we would love to do it within EveryAction.
