Work arounds for exit surveys on a custom Unsubscribe page?

Hi all,

I’m searching for current solutions people are using for custom unsubscribe pages that allow us to ask folks why they are leaving us if they unsubscribe? Currently, it seems like there is no way to actually do that unless you can make the receipt/confirmation page have it, or link to it, at which point you’ve probably already lost them.

Any ideas? Or maybe thumb up if you wish you had this capability too? Thanks!
