Overview

Pre-filtered reports allow you to quickly view and analyze all contributions within a specific Financial Batch without having to manually set up filters.

Step 1: Access the batch details

  1. Open Financial Batch Manager

  1. Locate the batch you want to report on

  1. Click on the Batch Number to open the batch details

Step 2: Generate a pre-filtered report

  1. From the batch details page, click the More dropdown menu

  1. Choose one of the following report options:

  1. View Contribution Report - Shows all contributions in the batch

  1. Acknowledgement Report - Shows acknowledgement status for contributions in the batch

Step 3: Work with the pre-filtered report

  1. The report will open with filters already applied to show only contributions from the selected batch

  1. You can add additional filters if needed

  1. Use the standard report tools to sort, group, or analyze the data

Step 4: Add Financial Batch column to other reports (optional)

  1. When working with any Contribution Report, click Edit Columns

  1. Under Contribution Details, look for and add the Financial Batch column

  1. Save your column selections

  1. The report will now display which Financial Batch each contribution belongs to

Step 5: Export or print the report (optional)

  1. Use the report's export functions to download the data in your preferred format

  1. You can also print the report directly from the system

  1. These exports can be shared with your accounting team for reconciliation purposes
