Step 1: Open the Grow Sustainer Program page
From the Fundraising Optimization Guide landing page, select the "Grow Sustainer Program" opportunity.
Step 2: Review the potential impact card
See how increasing new sustainers and average monthly gifts affects revenue, as well as how changes in attrition impact your program.
Step 3: Analyze your historical performance graphs
Review the two graphs showing:

Number of sustainers: Tracks new sustainers, multi-year sustainers, and attrition rates

Average monthly contribution: Shows average monthly gifts from active donors
Step 4: Implement action steps
Use the action steps to identify targets for sustainer invitations and upgrades, as well as steps to reduce attrition. These steps are available for all fundraisers, with enhanced functionality for DonorTrends users.
