Fundraising Management Dashboard Overview
The Fundraising Management dashboard is a central hub in EveryAction that shows how your fundraising programs are performing and surfaces the actions most important for you to take today. It's often one of the first things you'll see when you log in — and for good reason.
Rather than navigating to separate reports to piece together how your program is doing, the dashboard brings together a view of funds raised, donor trends, outstanding tasks, and quick links to your most-used tools in one place. It's designed to give you an accurate, current picture of your fundraising activity so you can focus your time on the work that matters.
Everything on the dashboard is updated nightly, so you're always working from recent data. You can configure which cards appear using the Settings menu — the options available to you will depend on your user permissions — so the dashboard reflects the information most relevant to your role.
What you see may also vary depending on your package. Use the sections below to understand what the dashboard includes and how it supports your work.
You can reach the Fundraising Management dashboard from the left-hand menu, under Reporting click Fundraising Management.

Seeing Your Impact
The Fundraising Summary chart gives you a visual picture of how your program is doing across two time periods you choose — for example, this fiscal year versus last. You can hover over any point on the chart to see the exact figures for that date, and the panel to the right shows year-to-date totals for total donors, first-time donors, and monthly sustainers.
Taken together, the dashboard's cards help you move from awareness to action: you can see where donors are in the ask process, which recurring gifts are at risk, how your retention rates are holding up, and what follow-ups are waiting — all from one screen.
