Adding grant deliverables 

Deliverables help you track deadlines for materials you've agreed to send to the grantor. 

 

Step 1: Navigate to the Deliverables section 

  1. Open the Edit Grant details page for your grant plan 

  1. Locate the Deliverables section 

  1. Click "Add New Deliverable" 

Step 2: Create the deliverable 

  1. Enter the required information for your deliverable: 

  1. Type of deliverable 

  1. Due date 

  1. Any other relevant details 

  1. This will create a follow-up record with the specified due date 

Step 3: Attach associated documents (optional) 

  1. You can attach draft letters or proposals to the follow-up 

  1. Upload your final copy once the follow-up is completed 

Step 4: Save your changes 

  1. After adding deliverables, click the Save button in the upper right corner 

  1. Your deliverables will now appear in the Deliverables section of the grant plan
