Getting Started with Donor Leveling
Step 1: Determine if you have access to Donor Leveling

Confirm you have Development Standard, Development Pro, or F&E Enterprise package
Step 2: Contact professional services

If you have an Account Manager, Enhanced Support, or Premier Support contract, contact your consultant

If you've used all your project hours or don't have these services, reach out to your Installed Base Account Executive

Step 3: Establish your donor level criteria

Define your membership tiers (e.g., Platinum, Gold, Silver)

Determine qualification rules for each level (donation amounts, frequency, etc.)

Identify any levels that should be "sticky" (once achieved, donors remain at that level)

Consider if you need parallel donor level groups (e.g., separate levels for current giving and planned giving)
Step 4: Implementation and activation

Professional services will implement your custom donor leveling structure

Once activated, the system will run nightly to classify supporters
-
Badges will appear for designated membership levels
