How do I view a contact's Donor Level?

Accessing Donor Level Information 

Step 1: Navigate to the contact record 

1. Search for and open the contact whose donor level you want to view 

Step 2: Locate the Donor Level information 

1. Look at the top section of the contact record to see if the contact has any donor level badges 

2. Scroll to the Targets section of the Contact Record to view the complete donor level information 

Step 3: Interpreting the information 

1. Badges at the top of the record provide immediate visual identification of high-value donors 

2. The Targets section shows all donor levels the contact belongs to, even those without badges
