We know that there are a lot of places that you may have historically stored your donor data - and that the process to export that data can be very different across the different systems.
Not to worry - we've compiled a list of articles with step-by-step instructions (as well as links to the system's help centers) to export data from some of the most common systems you might have previously used. Most of the articles provided come directly from the systems themselves, when possible, so they should provide the most up-to-date and accurate steps on completing that export process.
If you don’t see your previous system listed here, we recommend reaching out to your previous system’s support team to see if they can help with a mass export on your behalf, or by searching for those instructions online. We've provided resources for each system's help center as well, for your convenience.
You can click on any of the links below to access an article that walks you through that platform's specific process:

Please note that we strongly recommend that you export or download all data from your former donor management system. This allows you to have a complete archive of your former system, in the event that a field is overlooked during the import process.
