Overview

EveryAction provides robust options for searching and reporting on your membership data, allowing you to track renewals, lapses, and overall program performance. 

 

Step 1: Use Basic Membership Search Criteria 

  1. Navigate to the Search/Report function 

  1. Find the Membership filter category 

  1. Select from criteria like "Current Member," "Lapsed Member," or specific membership levels 

  1. Apply the filters to see a list of matching contacts 

Step 2: Create Advanced Membership Searches 

  1. Combine membership criteria with other search filters 

  1. Search for members by level and contribution amount 

  1. Find members with approaching expiration dates 

  1. Identify lapsed members within a specific timeframe 

  1. Search for members eligible for upgrades based on giving patterns 

Step 3: Generate Membership Reports 

  1. From your search results, click "Save as Report" 

  1. Select the columns you want to include (membership level, start date, end date, benefits, etc.) 

  1. Choose your sorting preferences 

  1. Save the report with an identifiable name 

  1. Schedule the report to run regularly if needed 

Step 4: Analyze Membership Performance 

  1. Create reports comparing membership acquisition across campaigns 

  1. Track renewal rates by membership level 

  1. Measure upgrade rates and patterns 

  1. Analyze lapsed member statistics to improve retention
