Follow these steps to create and send a Mobile Messaging broadcast.
Step 1: Open Mobile Messaging

From the left-hand sidebar, go to Engagement

Select Mobile Messaging
Your dashboard will display Inbox, Drafts, and Sent messages.
Step 2: Create a New Message

Select Create new, Broadcast message

Enter a Name (internal use only)
You can also create a message from My List by selecting:
Messages → Send this list using Mobile Messaging
Step 3: Select Your Audience

Choose a Saved List or Search

Optionally use Exclude a Saved List or Search to remove contacts

Select Calculate recipients to view totals
If multiple contacts share a phone number, only one contact will receive the message.
Step 4: Compose Your Message

Choose SMS or MMS

Watch the character and message part counter for SMS messages

Include links or media if desired
To track clicks:

Select Track and shorten links
To track conversions and amount raised:

Link to an Online Actions form
Step 5: Preview, Send, or Schedule
Preview your message and choose to send immediately or schedule it .
