Step 1: Purchase the Mobile Messaging Package
Have you purchased the Mobile Messaging package? Connect with your Account Administrator or Account Executive if you are unsure or have not yet purchased this package.
Step 2: Complete the Toll-Free Verification Form
Once you have purchased Mobile Messaging, your Sales representative or Account Executive will send you a toll-free verification form. This form asks for basic information about your messaging program, including how you plan to text your supporters. Carefully review your responses so your form is completed accurately.
Step 3: Submit the Toll-Free Verification Form
After completing the form, your responses will be submitted to the Client Services team for review. The Client Services team will ensure your answers comply with carrier regulations. Once approved, the form will be forwarded to the Sales Coordinators, who will submit it to our vendor, Infobip.
Step 4: Wait for Verification
Toll-free number verification typically takes about 30 days, though it can sometimes take longer. Verification is necessary to ensure your number is compliant with carrier standards. Once verified, you are all set!
