Use conversation statuses to track which supporters still need a response.
Step 1: Understand Message Status Types
Each conversation can be:

Unread – You have not opened it

Read – You have opened it
-
Open – Conversation is ongoing
-
Closed – No further action required
Closed messages automatically appear as Read.
Step 2: Mark a Conversation Closed

Open the conversation

Click the check mark in the upper right corner
The panel refreshes and displays the next available Open conversation.
Step 3: Mark as Unread (Optional)

Open the Action Dropdown (three dots at the top of the conversation panel)

Select Mark as unread
This keeps the conversation open for follow-up.
