Follow these steps to view and respond to incoming Mobile Messaging replies.
Step 1: Open the Inbox

Go to Engagement

Select Mobile Messaging

Choose View Inbox
The number of unread messages is displayed on the dashboard.
Step 2: Filter or Search Messages (Optional)
You can:

Filter by Open, Unread, Closed, or All Messages

Search by contact name or phone number
-
Sort from newest to oldest or vice versa
Blue dots indicate unread messages.
Step 3: Open a Conversation
Select a message to view the full conversation history in the right panel.
The conversation updates in real time while you are in the Inbox.
Step 4: Send a Reply

Type your response in the text box at the bottom

You may include emojis and standard links
Merge Fields, Smart Links, and other media are not supported in one-to-one responses.
