How do I use the Mobile Messaging Performance Report?

Use this report to compare campaigns and review delivery and engagement metrics. 

Step 1: Open Report Manager 

1. Go to Reporting  

2. Open Report Manager  

If you do not see Reporting, use Search for a page to find Report Manager. 

Step 2: Select the Mobile Messaging Performance Report 

Choose Mobile Messaging Performance Report. 

Step 3: Review Key Metrics 

The summary includes: 

• Total Message Parts  

• Delivery Rate  

• Unique Click Rate  

• Conversion Rate  

You can group by message to compare performance.
