How do I use the Opt-In/Out Report?

Step 1: Open Report Manager 

1. Go to Reporting  

2. Open Report Manager  

Step 2: Select the Opt-In/Out Report 

Choose Mobile Messaging Opt-In/Out Report. 

Step 3: Review Opt-In Status 

Use this report to: 

• See who has Opted-In  

• See who has Opted-Out  

You can also see the Most Recently Sent Message to identify which campaign led to opt-outs.
