How do I use the Response Report?

Step 1: Open Report Manager 

1. Go to Reporting  

2. Open Report Manager  

Step 2: Select the Response Report 

Choose Mobile Messaging Replies Report . 

Step 3: Review Supporter Responses 

This report displays: 

• SMS responses received  

• Contacts who replied STOP  

Use this to identify supporters ready to engage further.
