Mobile Messaging allows you to send broadcast SMS and MMS messages to supporters who have opted in to receive texts. You can also respond to supporters individually using the Inbox.
This feature helps you reach people quickly for fundraising, events, volunteer engagement, or urgent outreach. Messages can include text, emojis, media, links, and personalized fields.
You build your audience from saved lists and searches. You can schedule messages based on time zone, insert merge fields, use Smart Links, and include Online Actions forms .
Once messages are sent, you can track results from your dashboard and reports.
