Getting Started 

After creating Moves Management Action Plans and adding your donor information, you can search and generate reports on plan details through multiple methods. The system provides dedicated search fields in Create-A-List and specialized reports to help you track your fundraising progress. 

Feature Details 

Moves Management Action Plans have dedicated search capabilities that allow you to find specific plans based on various criteria. The Major Giving Portfolio offers an intuitive interface for tracking progress with donors and prospects, allowing you to filter and sort out action plans, view effectiveness of metrics, and identify contacts needing immediate attention. 

For more detailed analysis, the Moves Management Report provides comprehensive information about your plans, including financial summaries and follow-up activity status. This report displays critical metrics such as Total Ask Amount, Total Projected Amount, Total Probable Amount, and Total Committed Amount. You can customize this report to include plan details, targets, solicitor information, and follow-up data to create a complete picture of your fundraising efforts.

Tracking Your Success / Reporting 

The Moves Management Report provides a comprehensive summary of your fundraising efforts. At the top of the report, you'll see key metrics including the number of action plans, total ask amount, projected amount, probable amount (calculated by multiplying ask or committed amounts by probability percentages), and total committed amount. You can further customize this report by adding columns that show follow-up activity data such as next move dates, last move dates, moves ahead (incomplete follow-ups), and moves made (completed contact history items).
