Beta Test Questions

I clicked on Unanswered Questions today and 7 out of the 10 posts have answers but are still displaying here. I answered a couple of topics that already had answers and noticed that the submission didn’t update the number of views.

I also clicked on Recently Active Topics and found one post with no answer, but it wasn’t in the Unanswered Questions (I subsequently answered that topic). 

Are these things that you’re looking for in beta testing?

      Hi Terri! Questions are marked as not answered unless “Best Answer” has been selected by the original author or a member of the community moderation team. It’s not the best classification. I’ll investigate options. Thanks for helping out :)

      Thank you for that feedback ​@Terri Hare !! That definitely sounds like it’s not performing as expected. I’ve escalated this to see if we need to engage with our Gainsight contact or if it’s just a settings quirk we haven’t figured out yet.
