If you are using Google Analytics to track your website traffic and marketing efforts, you can add the tracking codes to your forms. To begin using Google Analytics 4, enter your property ID on the form or page you want to track and publish. This will load the gtag.js script along with your property ID.
You will need to configure any additional tracking or reports in Google Analytics. If you want to add them to your tracking, you'll need to create a corresponding event in Google Analytics properties.

Note: If you use a theme to style your form, you must include the Google Analytics code in the theme. You can either hard-code it into the theme, or you can use the {{GoogleAnalyticsId}} merge field.
