How do I manage my FastAction profile?

FastAction profiles store supporter information to pre-fill forms across the EveryAction network. Managing these profiles helps supporters control their information and improves their form experience. 

Step 1: Access the FastAction profile 

1. Supporters can access their FastAction profile in two ways:
   • From any form with FastAction enabled, click the "Manage your FastAction profile" link
   • Go directly to fastaction.com and click "Sign In" 
2. They'll need to enter the email address associated with their profile 
3. They'll receive a confirmation email with a link to access their profile 

Step 2: View and edit profile information 

1. Once signed in, supporters can view all information stored in their profile:
   • Name
   • Email address
   • Phone number
   • Mailing address
   • Payment information (if saved) 
2. To edit any information, click the "Edit" button next to that section 
3. Make the desired changes and click "Save" 

Step 3: Manage privacy settings 

1. In the FastAction profile, supporters can control their privacy settings 
2. They can choose which information to save and which to exclude 
3. They can opt to save payment information for faster donations 
4. They can control which organizations can access their saved information 
5. These settings help supporters balance convenience with privacy 

Step 4: Delete a FastAction profile 

1. If a supporter wants to remove their information completely:
   • Sign in to their FastAction profile
   • Scroll to the bottom of the page
   • Click "Delete my FastAction profile" 
2. Confirm the deletion 
3. This will remove all their stored information from the FastAction system 

Step 5: Help supporters with FastAction 

1. Explain to supporters that FastAction is secure and encrypted 
2. Highlight that FastAction works across all organizations using EveryAction 
3. Emphasize that supporters have complete control over their information 
4. Consider adding FastAction information to your privacy policy 
5. Provide support contact information for FastAction questions
