Feature Overview: Virtual Phone Bank
Virtual Phone Bank (VPB) is a simple, mobile-friendly tool for engaging your supporters by phone. It is designed for outreach, not recommended for fundraising, and helps you coordinate call efforts with customizable scripts, contact lists, and user access controls.
You can use VPB to:
- allow your callers to make calls from anywhere, using their computers, landlines, or mobile devices
- keep conversations on-message with customized scripts
- protect sensitive contact data by limiting visibility to your callers
Key Limitations:
- VPB is not recommended for fundraising or accessing contribution information
- displays only preferred numbers (Home/Cell), not business lines
Feature Availability
This free feature is available to customers who utilize Volunteer Management. Access depends on a user's role and permissions. Some users can create and manage phone banks, while others may only view or join them. If you are unsure whether your organization has access to VPB, check with your administrator or review your user profile permissions in the platform.
