How do I install an authentication app for Pipeline Cloud?

Before you begin

You'll need to install Microsoft Authenticator or another compatible authentication app on your mobile device before setting up Pipeline Cloud.

Step 1: Download the authentication app

1. On your mobile device, go to your app store
2. Search for "Microsoft Authenticator"
3. Download and install the app

Step 2: Prepare the app for use

1. Open Microsoft Authenticator after installation
2. Complete any initial setup prompts within the app
3. Keep your phone available for the Pipeline Cloud setup process

Note: Pipeline Cloud also works with Duo and Okta authentication mobile apps if you prefer using one of those instead.
