How do I search using Planned Giving details?

Overview 

The Planned Giving section in Create-A-List allows you to search based on specific details from planned giving plans. 

Step 1: Access Create-A-List 

  1. Navigate to Create-A-List 

  1. Locate and expand the Planned Giving section 

Step 2: Select search criteria from available fields 

  1. Browse the available fields related to planned giving plans 

  1. Select the specific criteria you want to search by, such as: 

    1. Gift Type 

    2. Status 

    3. Estimated Value 

    4. Expectancy Date 

    5. Any other relevant fields 

Step 3: Search using Initial Information Request fields 

  1. Locate the Initial Information Request fields within the Planned Giving section 

  1. Use these fields to search for prospects or donors who responded to specific campaigns 

  1. Enter the campaign details or source information you want to find 

Step 4: Run your search and review results 

  1. After setting all desired criteria, run the search 

  1. Review the list of contacts who match your planned giving criteria
