How do I use specialized planned giving reports?

Overview

Several specialized reports are available for different types of planned gifts, each providing detailed information about that specific gift type.

Step 1: Determine which specialized report you need

The available specialized reports include:

  1. Bequest Report - For tracking gift details, beneficiaries, distributions, pledges, and contributions

  1. Annuities Report - For tracking annuity details, beneficiaries, distributions, and contributions

  1. Trusts Report - For tracking trust details, beneficiaries, distributions, and contributions

  1. Pooled Income Funds Report - For tracking pooled funds, beneficiaries, distributions, and contributions

Step 2: Access the appropriate report

  1. Navigate to the Reports section

  1. Locate and select the specific report you need (Bequest, Annuities, Trusts, or Pooled Income Funds)

Step 3: Review the report details

Each report will show:

  1. Gift-specific details related to the planned gift type

  1. Beneficiary information

  1. Intended distributions

  1. Related contributions or pledges (where applicable)

Step 4: Customize and export as needed

  1. Apply any available filters to focus on specific information

  1. Use export options to create shareable versions of the report

  1. Share with relevant team members or leadership

This is helpful. Is there a way to see all the planned giving details in one report?

Hi @sarah,

I'm so glad the article was helpful! Great question—yes, absolutely. Here's how to view all your planned giving details in one place:

**In Report Manager:**
1. Select the **Planned Giving Report** for a universal overview of all your planned giving prospects
2. Use filters and add custom columns to shape the data exactly how you need it
3. Export the report for easy sharing with your team

This gives you a comprehensive view in one consolidated report. Let me know if you have any other questions!
