How Do I Add a Bonus Gift to a Donation Form?

Looking to offer donors an extra gift on top of their regular premium selection — say, as a limited-time promotion or an incentive for a specific campaign?

Follow the steps below to designate a premium as the bonus gift on a specific form.

Step 1: Open the Form's Premium Settings

Navigate to the donation form where you'd like to offer a bonus gift, and open its Build Page. Go to the Premiums section and make sure Premiums is enabled for this form.

Step 2: Select the Bonus Gift

Check the Add a bonus gift box, then select a premium from the dropdown to designate as the bonus gift for this form. This overrides the minimum gift requirement for that premium on this form only — the same premium can still be a standard premium on other forms. [Screenshot placeholder]

Step 3: Save Your Changes

Click Save. Once the form is published, the bonus gift appears as a separate, opt-in checkbox below the standard premium selection. It's unchecked by default — donors won't receive it unless they actively select it, in addition to (or instead of) their standard premium choice.

Need to manually add a second premium to an individual donation outside of this workflow? Reach out to your CRM administrator — this can be done directly on the contribution record.
