How Do I Add or Remove a Premium Across Multiple Forms at Once?

Looking to save time updating premiums across many donation forms? Follow the steps below to link or unlink it from multiple forms at once, right from the Premium Details page. Follow the steps below to use bulk actions from the Premium Details page.

Step 1: Open the Premium Details Page

Navigate to the Premiums List page and select the premium you'd like to manage.

Step 2: Select Your Forms

To add the premium to multiple forms: In the Linked Forms section, select Add to a form, choose the forms you'd like to add the premium to from the dropdown, and set the One-Time Minimum (required) and Recurring Minimum (if applicable). This links the premium to all selected forms in a single step — no need to open each one individually in Online Actions.

To remove the premium from multiple forms: In the Linked Forms table, check the box next to each form you'd like to remove the premium from, then select Remove. The forms are marked for removal — you can undo this before saving if needed.

Step 3: Apply the Bulk Action

Click Save at the bottom of the Premium Details page.

• Any draft forms affected by your changes are updated, but not published — you'll still need to publish them separately for donors to see the update.

• Any published forms affected by your changes will trigger a Save and republish? confirmation. Confirming republishes those forms so donors see the update right away.

• If a published form already has other unrelated changes waiting in Online Actions (for example, edits someone else made to the form that haven't been published yet), only the premium-related update will be published — those other pending changes stay in draft and need to be published separately in Online Actions.

Tip: Because a premium can be linked to many forms at once, other changes you make to it also apply everywhere it's linked. Updating the Name, Description, Image, Status, Availability, or Variants on the Premium Details page will save to every linked form in one step, the same way adding or removing a form does.
