Overview

This release adds a new multi-file upload field to Apricot's Form Designer, giving teams a cleaner way to collect multiple documents in one place. It's designed to simplify document-heavy workflows for both staff and clients.

Form fields | Multi-file upload

Form builders and administrators can now add a dedicated multi-file upload field to Apricot forms. Instead of stacking multiple single-file fields, users can upload and manage up to 25 files — with a maximum size of 500 MB per file — all within a single field.

You configure the field directly in the Form Designer. Upload progress and status indicators keep users informed throughout the process, reducing confusion and follow-up. The field is also built to support keyboard navigation and screen readers, so all users can complete uploads with confidence.

Note: Existing single-file fields remain compatible and won't automatically convert to the new field type.
