Release Notes | Week of June 1 | Apricot 8.55.0

Overview

This release introduces self-service email updates for users and expanded sub-field mapping options for admins working with Data Standards. This release also includes several fixes across Apricot Que, Record Search, enrollments, and the Connect platform.

Enhancements

Users | Self-service email updates

You can now update your email address directly from your user profile in Apricot. After saving the change, a verification code will be sent to your new email address — just enter it to confirm the update. If you don't see the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.

Data Standards | Sub-field mapping for address fields

When mapping a Data Standard, admins can now map an Address field from a Lead's Standard to an Address Lookup field and choose to share only the zip code sub-field. This makes it easier to collect aggregate data across a Network without sharing full address details.

Connect | Automatic intake form sync

Connect intake forms now update automatically when a linked Apricot form is published. Previously, staff had to manually trigger an update after making changes. This eliminates that extra step and ensures participants always see the most current version of a form.

Connect | Improved platform reliability during high traffic

The Participant Portal API now supports autoscaling, which allows the system to add capacity dynamically during periods of high activity. This improves reliability during peak submission windows and reduces the risk of slowdowns when intake form traffic spikes.

Fixes

Apricot Que | Participant Snapshot errors resolved

Errors that prevented Participant Snapshots from generating in the Doc Folder are resolved. This affected standard users, admins, and users who log in with SSO.

Record Search | Screen reader compatibility with search field filters

Users relying on the JAWS screen reader can now apply field filters when searching records.

Enrollments | Tier 2 form data in native reporting

When multiple Tier 2 forms are attached to a Program Enrollment, reports now run successfully and return data from all attached forms.

Enrollments | Date filtering in native reporting

Enrollment records created on the same date as the selected filter dates now appear in report results when filtering by Enrollment Start or End date.

Connect | Intake form link copy

Copying the link for an intake form no longer returns an incorrect or empty URL.

Connect | Intake form list pagination

Increasing the display count or navigating to additional pages of intake forms now loads the expected results correctly.

Connect | Error notifications visibility

Success and error notifications in Connect Admin no longer render behind the user badge and are now fully visible.

Connect | Direct message list refresh

A newly created or sent direct message now appears in the Direct Messages list immediately, without requiring a manual page refresh.

Connect | Default logo for new accounts

New customer accounts in the Connect Admin Settings module now display a default logo correctly upon creation.
