🧭 Bonterra Que for Apricot: What’s New in October 2026
🧭 Que Manager: Manage Bonterra Que for Your Organization
📅 Release date: October 15, 2026 | 🧩 Product: Apricot | ✨ Type: New feature | 👥 Audience: Apricot Administrators (United States)
🆕 What’s new
Que Manager is a new admin page that gives Administrators complete control over how Que operates across your organization. To open it, select Que in the left navigation menu. Administrators can:
- 🔌 Turn Que on or off for the entire site with the Que for this site toggle. When it’s off, every skill is disabled for every user and no credits are consumed.
- 🎛️ Enable or disable each skill independently with its own toggle.
- 👀 View every user’s access level (Standard or Administrator) and remaining credit balance, and search by name or username or filter by access type.
- 🚀 Select Unlock Que Intelligence to schedule a meeting with an Account Executive.
🪙 About credits and plans
The Que beta, when full access to Participant Snapshot and Note Capture was free, ends on October 15, 2026.
- ✅ Organizations that have already purchased Que keep full access to all available Que skills, as long as their Administrators have Que turned on for their users.
- 🆓 Organizations that haven’t purchased Que move to the Free plan. Each user receives 50 Que credits per month. Participant Snapshot uses 5 credits, and Note Capture uses 3 credits.
Credits are per user, not a shared pool, and reset automatically at the start of each billing month. Participant Snapshot and Note Capture are available on all plans.
👥 Who is affected
Only Administrators can view and manage Que Manager. Standard users can use enabled Que skills. On the Free plan, they use credits when they do.
✅ Action required
No action is required. Que Manager is automatically available to Administrators. If you’d rather not use Que, turn off the Que for this site toggle in Que Manager.

🔔 Early Intervention Signals: Open Beta
📅 Release date: October 15, 2026 (Open Beta) | 🧩 Product: Apricot | ✨ Type: New feature | 👥 Audience: Apricot Administrators on Que Intelligence
🆕 What’s new
Early Intervention Signals is a Que skill that proactively surfaces changes in participant data, so your team stops digging through records and starts getting ahead of them. Administrators configure what Que should watch for, and the skill runs nightly, delivers results to the doc folder, and sends alerts to the right people.
- 🎯 Create up to 3 signals per site during beta, each anchored to a Tier 1 form.
- 🟠🟢 Add up to 5 risk factors (orange cards) and 5 protective factors (green cards) per signal, each with a criteria description you write.
- 🧪 Test a factor on a single participant before activating, set up in-app or email notifications bundled in a daily digest, and activate when ready.
🔑 Availability and action required
While Early Intervention Signals is in beta, it’s open to all Apricot customers, with no credit-limited usage. Once Bonterra has enabled the feature for your site, find it under Workflow Station, Rules & Alerts, Signals. No action is required for existing users. Nothing is visible to standard users until an administrator activates a signal.

🧹 Data Integrity: Duplicate Detection
📅 Release date: October 2026 | 🧩 Product: Apricot | ✨ Type: New feature | 👥 Audience: Apricot Administrators on Que Intelligence
🆕 What’s new
Data Integrity Review is a Que skill that scans enabled forms every night, flags likely duplicate record pairs, and routes each to an administrator to merge or dismiss before reporting cycles.
- 📝 Choose which forms to scan in the Duplicate Detection table (forms need at least one Duplicate Check field and 50,000 or fewer active records).
- 🔍 Review flagged pairs by confidence level (High, Medium, or Low) with a short Que rationale, then merge or mark as not duplicates.
- ↩️ Undo a merge for up to 30 days.
🔑 Availability and action required
Data Integrity Review is in beta and is available only to customers who purchase Apricot Que. You’ll find it in Record Manager under the Apricot Administrator tab. No action is required. Nothing changes until an administrator enrolls a form, and Que never changes records on its own.
